Roles & Goals

Our initial goal was to find out what the needs of people and groups are, in our own community; especially those that have been stigmatized and or marginalized, and may feel unrepresented.

Typically, this includes people with low economic status, sometimes homeless and or suffering from chemical dependence, substance misuse and mental health/emotional well-being difficulties.

We teach people to become Qualified & Professional Acu-Stimpractors, so that together we can provide, a non chemical way, of helping positive changes to take place; in the emotional and physical well-being of our selves and others.

We feel it is our duty to be upright and standing in all our endeavors, by operating under common law; to provide a platform and a voice for all of those who are, or have been stigmatized, prejudged, marginalized and discriminated against unfairly in our community and the world we live.

Thereby, providing a collaborative and inclusive therapeutic environment, where knowledge can be shared for the betterment of all, our priority being the empowerment of those most vulnerable; via the promotion of a drug free, holistic system for detoxification from substances and their subsequent 'Bio-Psycho-Social' effects.

Moreover, after equality, the biological, psychological and social well being of everyone, is considered paramount and mandatory.

Furthermore, Acu-Stim protocols, therapy and teachings, include an action research and community psychological background, and approach to scientific research and development; in addition to keeping within the British Psychological Societies codes of: ethics, conduct and confidentiality.
